The Lucci Universal/Maxi Cosi Capsule Adapter is designed to connect the Lucci pram with a range of capsules across New Zealand, giving you a simple and seamless travel from day one. Maximum child capacity is 9kg.

Compatible Capsules. The adapter is approved for use with:

  • Maxi Cosi Pebble Pro, Mico Luxe

  • Nuna Pipa LX, Pipa Urban

  • Bugaboo Turtle

  • Joie i-Gemm

  • Britax Willow

If a capsule isn’t listed above, it hasn’t been tested or approved for use with the Lucci. This helps ensure everything fits safely, securely, and exactly as intended.

Weight Guidance

Some capsules — especially in the Maxi Cosi Mico range — have higher weight limits (up to 15.9kg). The Lucci pram supports capsule use up to 9kg only. Once your little one reaches 9kg, the capsule should no longer be used on the Lucci, even if the capsule itself is rated for more.

Using a Capsule is suitable with Lucci from newborns to 9kg.

Can I leave the adapters connected when folding Lucci?

You will need to remove the Universal Car Seat Adapters before folding. This can be done with a simple click and release.

The capsules listed are those we have tested and verified as safe to use with Lucci. This includes a connection, stability and impact test. We only recommend using the capsules we have tested.
