How long does it take to receive my custom pram?

Because each pram is built to your specification, please allow 3 weeks for production and dispatch. We'll confirm your exact timeframe at checkout. NB: Initial launch orders, shipping in November.

Can I change my selections after I've placed my order?

Once your build is confirmed, we will begin processing it, so changes may not be possible after checkout. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.

Is the Safari Collection available outside of Build Your Own?

No. Safari is a limited edition collection exclusive to Build Your Own, so it won't be available as a standalone accessory or on our regular range.

Can I mix and match Safari prints with our classic colourways?

Absolutely - that's the whole idea. Stack the prints, clash the prints: There's no wrong combination.

Does my custom pram still come with the standard warranty?

Yes, every Build Your Own pram is covered by our full 3-year warranty, regardless of the combination you choose.

Can the Carry Cot or Second Seat come with print too?

No.
