Can I use Oscar Nu for newborn babies?

Yes, Oscar Nu is suitable for newborn babies. There are a number of options for use with a newborn. The Newborn Insert Cushion converts the pram seat into a safe surface certified for newborn babies. The Carry Cot a portable bassinet certified to EN-1466 for safe sleep. The Maxi-Cosi Capsule car seat used for travelling in the car which also clips into the pram frame. It's important to note that the Oscar Nu should only be used for a newborn when using one of these three options.

Will my Oscar MX or M2 accessories work with Oscar Nu?

Yes, the Oscar Nu has the same memory adapter system as the Oscar M's and Olive. Your Carry Cot, Capsule and all other accessories fit.

Can I use my stroller on the beach or near salt water?

Like a car or bike, strollers are susceptible to salt-water damage. If you use the stroller near or on the beach, it’s very important that you give some extra TLC to maintain your stroller. Here are our recommendations to make sure you keep it in top shape: 1. Always store your stroller in a clean, dry place. Don’t store it in a shed or exposed area. 2. Avoid any salt-water exposure. 3. After any walks on the beach, perform a service immediately when you get home (it takes 1-2 mins). 4. You can clean rust off the rivets with a cloth and WD-40. Rub the rivet with the WD40 soaked rag, then wipe clean with another rag. Leave to dry overnight and spray the rivets with some more WD40. This protects the rivets from air and salt exposure.

Can I use my Oscar Nu with two kids?

Yes, you can use the Edwards & Co Stroller Board. Alternatively, you can use the Lascal range of buggy boards with the Oscar strollers for a second child to stand on. This includes the Lascal Mini, Lascal Maxi and Lascal Maxi Plus. When using the Maxi Plus board with the saddle on, there will be limits to what configurations it will fit with, but it can be used.

Can I purchase air filled tyres for the Oscar?

Yes! You can purchase our Oscar M Air Tyre Kit.

Can I take my Oscar Nu on the plane with me?

Your Oscar Nu will need to be taken as checked luggage. This is free as a child’s item for check-in. You will need to ensure this is packed securely in a bag to keep it safe from damage in transit. We recommend using our Travel Bag V2 as this has been designed specifically to fit your Oscar Nu.
