Shipping policy

All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.

We're proud to offer fast delivery across New Zealand. Be sure to check out our standard shipping times and get in touch if something is more pressing so we can see how we can support you.

A signature is always required for your parcel. We recommend providing a delivery address where somebody will be home to accept the goods. If you are not home during the day, this could be place of work or a family member/friend who is home during the day.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders the following working day from when an order is made. You can expect your order to arrive in New Zealand: 1-4 working days from when order is shipped.
