I brought a stroller for our trip to Japan. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the inner plastic structure of the hood had completely ripped through the liner and was facing inward, creating a serious hazard for our 9-month-old during our travels. This problem has worsened over time, and I wouldn't expect this level of quality control from a brand known for their prams. I'm really disappointed, as we have the Oscar model, which is great. However, the Otto is overhyped and not worth it.

We absolutely love our Lucci! Since we got this beautiful compact stroller, we stopped using our main one as this one simply is just as comfortable. It’s super compact and easy to fold down. It takes literally seconds to do it! Love the fully flat recline and sun canopy as well ☺️

I have been using this pram DAILY for the last 7 months and couldn’t recommend it enough ! Fits perfectly in my small car and has enough space for holding my extra items in the under carriage. My son sleeps in it so easily as well since it can be dropped all the way down

Absolutely adore this bassinet! It’s absolutely perfect and the adjustable heights make it easy to set up next to our bed. Other bassinets we have used have always been hard to get the correct height. Wouldn’t have any other bassinet! I also absolutely adore the mattress protector, it’s so easy and convenient. So happy I went with this bedside bassinet over any other.

Absolutely love this pram, we’ve used it daily and our little one is very content and falls asleep every time. It drives super well and is easy to pack down. You can tell it’s high quality also, honestly could not recommend enough! Also loving the shade cover and stroller bag.
Our baby LOVES the snuzpod4, it’s the perfect size and looks great next to the bed. Our favourite things include being able to gently rock it and detach the bassinet from the base, so that we can move it around the house easily for daytime naps. An absolutely essential item!
